Most frequent questions and answers

1. These are handcrafted products and by nature of it will have minor inconsistencies. But that is what adds to its beauty and makes each piece unique. We will not accept returns on account of any minor defect.

2. While we take every effort to show you the product as it is, displaying minute details and true colors in the photos, but the actual colors of the product may be slightly different. This is due to variations in how mobile or computer screens display color.

4. Exposure to extreme heat, moisture or strong cleaning agents may damage the product. To clean, wipe the surface lightly with a dry cloth.

5. Once we receive your order, we will confirm the product availability within 2 days (after checking the inventory) and post that the order will be dispatched in next 2 working days. You will be kept informed on every stage.
6. Generally, all the products listed on the website will be in-stock. But in case, the product that you have ordered has gone out-of-stock, you will be notified about it and the full amount would be refunded to you.
7. International buyers, please note additional customs charges, import duties, local taxes or other fees may be levied when your order reaches its destination country. These fees and charges are not placed by us and we cannot control these fees, nor be responsible for them. Depending on the country where an item is shipped there could be a customs delay.

Yes, we do customization on Color and few inches (+/-) on size too. Please write to us on [email protected] and our team will get back to you with the feasibility.

1. Refund requests will be accepted only on account of damage, such as visibly big cracks or large scratches that have affected the art piece OR on claims where Items received is different from what was ordered. Such refunds will be processed only if brought to our notice within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. To be eligible for a refund, photographs of the damage must be shared and the product must be shipped back to us, such that it reaches back to us within 15 days of raising the refund request. We will offer a Replacement of the said product is in stock OR Else a refund will be processed when we receive the damaged product back.
3. Shipping charges for returning of any product needs to be borne by the customer. We may help you by arranging the pickup of the damaged product, but the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Refund can be in terms of Store Credits Or amount transfer to the original mode of payment.
5. Please note that since these are handcrafted products and by nature of it will have minor inconsistencies. We won’t be able to refund on account of this, as these are characteristic to all handmade goods. Zoomed in photos of small spots and marks will not be entertained.
